Frankfort, MI - For a second consecutive year, Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital (POMH) announced that it has been named a 2024 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.

As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award®, POMH is in the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering outstanding patient experiences in the last two years. The two awards specifically recognize patient experience at POMH’s Emergency Department, Frankfort Medical Group and Empire Family Care clinics. POMH is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center and cares for approximately 6,000 patients in the emergency department annually. “This recognition speaks to the constant pursuit of excellence of the medical staff at Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital.
