Copper Ridge Surgery Center is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Lord, MSN, RN, CNOR, as its new Director of Clinical Quality.
Lisa brings more than nine years of surgical nursing experience from Munson Medical Center, where she earned a reputation for clinical excellence and leadership in perioperative services. Her diverse background includes roles such as Surgical Services Quality Coordinator and certification as an Operating Room Circulator (CNOR).
In addition to her clinical expertise, Lisa offers a unique perspective from her prior experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry, equipping her with a systems-based approach to healthcare quality and patient safety.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ferris State University. She also earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Northwestern Michigan College and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Michigan State University.
Her professional focus is on advancing a culture of safety, driving quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Passionate about patient safety, staff education, and continuous improvement, Lisa’s values closely align with the mission and vision of Copper Ridge Surgery Center.
