The Michigan Center for Employee Ownership (MICEO) is a non-profit organization that promotes the sale of the company to the employees as an exit or transition strategy for business owners. MICEO provides educational resources (articles and videos) and connections to professionals who assist the business owners in exploring and establishing partial or full employee-owned enterprises. In some cases, MICEO can provide technical assistance to the business owners as they navigate this process.
