Building Automation Technician - HVAC Controls and Security

We’re seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Controls Service and/or Security Technician with 2+ years of experience who’s ready to grow into advanced roles in building automation, energy management, and smart facility systems.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, service, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC)
• Perform diagnostics and corrective actions on HVAC and Security automation systems
• Modify control logic and sequences as needed (with support or independently)
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fellow technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and follow-through

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC controls or BAS/DDC systems

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies or Automated Security Systems
