What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind one or more major construction projects. You’ll lead teams, collaborate with clients and partners, and ensure every detail aligns with our high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and interns.
• Serving as the primary contact for Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
• Managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement.
• Overseeing quality assurance, safety compliance, and sustainable construction practices.
• Driving change management and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in managing complex construction projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• LEED accreditation and proficiency in project management software.
