Job Title: Installer
Overview: The Countertop Installer is responsible for installing all finished stone material onsite. They will be communicating with customers and builders as well as all pertinent departments at Nature’s Edge. The Installer must have knowledge of how pieces should fit and be secured in place, how to read plans and understand the templates. They should also have an understanding of how to work with different stone types and the ability to make necessary adjustments onsite. They report directly to the Lead Installer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Be aware of the job order and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Proficient use with all necessary install tools and supplies
- Must perform routine maintenance on the utilized equipment
- Understanding of our job sheets, the information provided and how pieces are labeled
- Complete install checklists along with our quality control process
- Understanding of different stone and material types and different methods to work on each
- Ability to match color for seams and patches
- Communicates effectively with team, customers and builders
- Ensure pieces are installed completely and correctly Essential Functions
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Standing for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 125 lbs
- Operating machinery including, vacuum lift system, cranes and winches
- Must be able to drive company truck
- Schedule is typically M-F 40 hrs with occasional nights and weekends
- This position is eligible for overtime
